| Congratulations 2008 33 RDP Dean A. Frigo Foundation Scholarship Award Winners: David Lang Kaleb Laymen Lukas Palmer Steffan Peck Christopher Thompson Eugene Wentworth Also Awarded This Year was the 1st Annual Dean Frigo Shining Star Award. This award went to the young lady, and young man, who demonstrated goal orientation, a positive attitude and showed leadership ability in and out of the classroom. Cogratulations to the 2008 1st Annual Winners: Sarah Sienko David Lang The Shining Star Award was also awarded at Lowell Middle School the same criteria applied.
