RDP DEAN A. FRIGO FOUNDATION
2nd Annual Memorial 5K Run/Walk
Benefiting the RDP Dean A. Frigo Scholarship Fund
This fast 3.1 Mile course starts on Bel Aire next to Dairy Queen and continues north around the rural north side of Lowell and finishes in the Lowell High School South Parking Lot. Bring your can do attitude and run or walk a Personal Record in this race.

Time:
5K Run starts at 8:30 AM
Where:
Registration and Packet Pick up in the south lot of Lowell High School from 7:00AM to 8:00 AM.
Awards:
There will be an awards ceremony after the run/walk. Trophies will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, and the top male and female finishers in the Masters division. There will be awards for the top three finishers in each age division.
NEW THIS YEAR:
Awards for the top three Husband and Wife Teams
Awards for the top three family teams (3 immediate family members) Awards for the top three friends teams (4 team members of your choice) Team registrations must be in by received by September 17th
Age Divisions:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49,
50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70+.
T-Shirts:
Guaranteed sizes to all preregistered runners and walkers before September 17th. T-Shirts will be available after September 30th and on race day, on a first come first served basis and sizes cannot be guaranteed.
Free Stuff:
Goodie Bags available to all runners/walkers. Post Race Party, music, food and water or sports drinks will be available after the race from local and national vendors.
The race will be chip timed this year and this will be provided by T & H Timing.
Entry Fee:
$18 per person
Early Registration ends September 17th

*****No bicycles, inline skates, roller skates, scooters, or other wheeled vehicles or pets in the race. Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed, however strollers must be in the walk, they cannot race competitively.
